FAQ'S:

Where is your gym?

We're based at Providence Mill off Alexandra Street in Hyde, 5 minutes up the road from the Asda.

What is included in the 6 Week Strong & Fit Programme?

To get off to the best start we get you booked on our Foundation Session, during this session we will get to know you, your goals, past training & nutrition experience and what will happen over the next 6 weeks.

When are the session times?

Our group sessions times are:

Fit Classes - Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday at 6pm and Saturday at 10amStrong sessions - Monday to Friday at 6am, 5pm, 6.45pm and Saturday at 9am

How long are the sessions?

All our sessions and classes are 45 mins long.

Are the sessions times and days flexible?

Yes, you simply just book on any of the sessions that best suit you.

I'm a beginner, do I need to be fit to start?

No our sessions are tailored to your fitness levels so we gather all the info we need during your Foundation Session and then we can plan out what we need and meet you where your at, so you can go at your own pace and give you encouragement when needed.

When can I start?

Once you've booked your intro call & completed payment you can start right away.

What happens after the challenge?

If your happy to continue after the challenge, we offer you a choice of membership options. If you choose not to continue with us, we will wish you all the best on your fitness journey.
